Grooming

Animal Clinic Hartford offers pet grooming by Candus, who is not only the groomer, but the ICU supervisor as well. She has over 19 years of experience as our groomer, and 22 years as a technician here. She provides full service bathing and grooming on dogs and cats which includes a bath, blow dry, anal gland expression, toe nail trim and ear cleaning. Clips, scissoring, shave downs, medicated baths (Doctor recommended), and blowouts are also available.

Being a groomer & technician in an animal hospital has its advantages, if a pet is very anxious we have the ability here to use chemical restraint if necessary to make the experience on the pet less anxiety provoking.

Groomings can be scheduled through Candus only for:

• Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
• Drop off times are 7-9am

Please note: current vaccinations are required to be in the Hospital, including the grooming department.
